Meth Chicken backdrop was an added scene during additional/reshoots. It's an actual street in Philly. They wanted the look to take inspiration from Marvels own internal business quarterly powerpoint presentations to shareholders. In order to have a corny/humorous corporate take on creating and marketing a superhero.
